It has been a while.
Essentially I lost my login details for the website and told myself ‘I need to sort that’, and then naturally didn’t for a good six months or so – only getting round to it just now.
As for what ‘just now’ is, it’s November 6th – the day after the night before of many bonfires and fireworks, both literal and geopolitically metaphorical.
We’re approaching another Christmas as a business about to complete its’ seventh year being a thing. Still going strong and still fighting the good fight for quality tech installers everywhere.
It has been a varied year, with work up and down the UK – from Edinburgh to Poole, and from side to side – from Barmouth to Colchester, doing retro-fit cabling work for a high street pharmacy brand.
We’ve also been shouted at by the British Showjumping Association for cutting holes in a plasterboard ceiling with a not-at-all-subtle multi-tool blade while working at a Riding Club which had an event on. Fair enough really, but who would’ve known the screech of the blade would have carried that far?!
Then we got laughed at by ground workers because we had to go out and buy wellies for a particularly muddy job running fibre through ducting. it’s not our fault most of our work is indoors, though we like that it is. Way warmer.
On the whole, a fine year which has been stacked almost consistently right through which is a blessing for a small business. Although there is a month or so of trading left until New Year, this fell as good a time as any to thank all of our amazing clients for putting the work our way – it has been a pleasure being able to help out in some way.
Cheers!
